Phoebe: It's like knowing one of the Gabor Sisters

Joey gives Chandler a golden bracelet as a friendship symbol. Others joyfully mock Chandler. Phoebe:  No, no, it's fun, it's fun. It's like knowing one of the Gabor Sisters. How come Chandler is compared to one of the Gabor sisters? Did they wear much jewellery? See comments for answers or to share yours!

Monica: It must have cost you quite a few doubloons!

Chandler receives a golden bracelet of friendship from Joey. Chandler a bit hesitant to wear it, but still does. Later when he accidentally shows it to the others, they mock him. Chandler : - That thing, it's a uhh. . . yeah it's, it's a little flashy. Ross : - No no, no no, it's not flashy, not for a Goodfella. Monica :  - Man, man that is sharp. It must have cost you quite a few doubloons.  Why does Ross use "Goodfella" to refer ti Chndler here? Why Monica says "doubloons"?

Phoebe: I'm almost done with it. Keep your panties on.

After Chandler had been left in a restaurant's bathroom in a G-string underpants only, others can't seem to let go. Now they are in a coffee house. Chandler: - Hey, Pheebs, can I have the milk? Phoebe: - I'm almost done with it. Keep your panties on. And here is another joke that seems to be having a cultural reference. What is the joke in Phoebie's saying: "Keep your panties on."?

Phoebe: I mean, books, free speech, newspapers on sticks.

Phoebe's new boyfriend says to her that she can't play at the library anymore. This where Phoebe previously played her 'age inapropriate' songs to kids. She is upset now and takes it out on her guy. Phoebe:  I can't believe this is the library! I mean, books, free speech, newspapers on sticks. Why would she mention "newspapers on sticks"? And how is it funny?

Phoebe's date: Ok, so if I get the library car, can I take you out sometime?

Phoebe was invited to perform her songs for kids in the library. And after the show she kisses her about-to-be-boyfriend and tells him playfully: - Ok, so if I get the library car, can I take you out sometime? And there is an audience laughter saying that there was a joke. So my guess is that Phoebe meant to say 'the library card' not 'the library car'. Or there are some other joke that I missed?
