Monica & Phoebe: Oh, how do you play the shadow game?

Phoebe and Monica are talking about brothers and the games the used to play when they were little.

Monica:
- Oh, we used to drive each other crazy playing the shadow game.
Phoebe:
- Oh, how do you play the shadow game?
Monica:
- Oh, how do you play the shadow game?
Phoebe:
- I just asked you.
Monica:
- I just asked you.
Phoebe:
I don't have time for this.
Monica:
- No, that is what the game is.
Phoebe:
- You just gave up really quickly.

What's shadow game? And what's the joke here?

  1. This was the time when you write the post, and when you are about to publish it, you get the joke. I guessed that Shadow Game is the one where you repeat everything the other one says. And Phoebe had been just street smart about it, and won Monica by saying "I don't have time for this".

s03e17 Chandler: No, Hymn 253: "His Eyes are on the Sparrow."

How is Chandler's reference to Hymn 253: "His Eyes are on the Sparrow" funny? Ross and Rachel just broke up. Rachel invites guys to a free event she has tickets to. They reject the invitation, because Ross had them reserved for that same night earlier. Rachel says that it's not a big deal and leaves. Everyone is upset especially Chandler. He lights up a cigarette even though he wasn't smoking for a year already. Someone knocks on a door and Chandler says: Chandler: That's great. With my luck, that's him. Phoebe:  Him? Ross?
