Rachel is happy she took off from the wedding. But hours later she is a bit sad she is not going to Aruba islands for her honeymoon. Ross is there for the rescue!
Ross: Aruba? This time of year? Talk about your.. big lizards.
When an English speaker wants to support friend in their opinion, they may say 'yeah!' or 'exactly!' or say more elaborate version of it 'talk about your...(something)'. For example:
If you just shared how much you have been craving bananas, ever since you got allergic to them, I can sympathetically say, 'Talk about your forbidden fruit!' That would mean 'I understand what you are saying, it is really tough!'
Ross here is lost for words. His aim was to say something bad about Aruba at the current time of the year. Unfortunately for Ross and Rachel Aruba is awesome year round. So Ross's attempt to refer to 'big lizards' as a reason not to go there does nothing in helping Rach to feel better. The big lizards in Aruba are iguanas and they are not a repellent, but actually are a big tourist attraction. A good reason for Ross to eat his words.
