Is "I'm rubber, you're glue" a saying?
Ross catches puck with his nose at a hockey game he and the guys went to watch. A tragedy and a gift! Now back in the hospital Ross sees his trophy puck is gone.
Ross: The kid...? (To the kid) Excuse me, uh, that's, that's my puck.
Kid: I found it. Finders keepers, losers weepers. (Ross looks at Chandler for help.)
Chandler: You gotta do it, man.
Ross: (to the kid) Oh yeah? Well, I'm rubber, you're glue, whatever—(to Chandler)—can't do it.

It is a sort of comeback kids have when calling each other such names as 'stupid', 'carzy' or 'idiot'. The saying in pretty popular in a pop culture. Check out the video I put together with some examples:
