Chandler: Oh, I think this is the episode of Three's Company where there's some kind of misunderstanding.
What is Three's Company TV show?
Three's Company is an American sitcom television series (1977-1984) about a group of three friends two girls and a guy platonically living in one apartment.
The main twist, that the guy needs to pretend being gay since the landlord doesn't allow mixed-gender people living in one apartment.
The girl character we see on friends' TV is Chrissy Snow, also one of the main characters on that show. Chrissy's so called blonde moments make a solid part of the list for running jokes in Three's Company series. Blonde moments here is a stereotype, part of which says that blondes are less smart.
Three's Company in its humor heavily relies in the jokes based on these misunderstandings. That is why Chandler jokes that he must have seen that episode, since most of them have had a predictable arc of being confused, escalating and finding out about confusion.
