Chandler: Actually, losers rhyme.

The whole gang is out in a park to play football. After Monica's team scores "seven to nothing", she gets all cocky and says to Ross and his team:

Monica: Losers walk.
Ross: Yeah? Losers talk.
Chandler: No. No. No. Actually, losers rhyme.

For some unknown to me reason audience finds it funny. What does turn Chandler's comment into a joke?

    Ross' reply rhymed with Monica's walk-talk.. so Chandler commented that they both are losers because they're having a rhyming argument with each other. that's what the joke is about.. :)

      Just to make it completely clear is it like Chandler's observation "this is so pathetic that you are rhyming your arguments just like children" and that is why the actual losers here are both of you?
